Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the Products to Deep Sentinel for a full refund as long as the Products are returned in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, all returns must:

  • be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the shipment date (the “Return Deadline”) as set forth in the shipment record included with the original packaging;
  • include all components and equipment (except window clings and mounting hardware), provided with the original packaging;
  • include Products, including add-on purchases (cameras, extenders, etc.), in “like-new” condition; and
  • be returned by the original purchaser of the Deep Sentinel Surveillance Package.

Deep Sentinel will cover and/or reimburse standard shipping costs, not expedited shipping.

Return Process

To return an item, please first contact Customer Support at via https://support.deepsentinel.com or 1-833-983-6006 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to the Return Deadline. After receiving an RMA number and return label, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and timely mail your complete return to the address provided by Customer Support.

Refunds

After receiving your return in accordance with the above terms and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles after the return is processed to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email using the address provided when your return has been processed.

Once the return has been processed, your Subscription to the Services will also be canceled and prepaid Subscription Fees will be refunded.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the Customer Support number to arrange a refund or exchange, as determined in Deep Sentinel’s sole discretion.
